There are many actions the state's agents take that would be considered criminal (in the harm sense, rather than LawIsAnExcuseToDoHarm) if done without the fancy uniforms, pomp, and Orwellian terms. [[Voluntaryism]] does not put the state on a pedestal; people are judged by their actions.

 * If you kill someone (outside of self-defense), it's wrong, even if you call it "war".
 * Kidnapping someone is wrong even if you think they've broken a [[LawIsAnExecuseToDoHarm|"law"]] and you're wearing a uniform with shiny buttons.
 * TaxationIsExtortion

And so on and so forth.
