When statists see their cherished beliefs (indoctrinations) die, they exhibit various anti-social behaviors. It seems as if they go through the stages of grief—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally acceptance (this is the Kübler-Ross model). "Denial" may take the form of trolling or projection or red herring fallacies; "anger" frequently takes the form of personal attacks, and so on. Pity them, if you have it in you.
